交换协议是为了让我们更加明确彼此承担的权利和义务，能够使我们彼此更加了解，是我们开心交换前必须的步骤。简单填写后，与你的搭档互相点击确认就生效了。协议不得含有违反双方国家（地区）法律的情形，如违反，则无效。有些需要你在选项前勾选。

家具Home Fittings and Contents：主人所提供的家具是正常的，没有主人的允许，客人不得随意挪动，应该保持原有的状态和位置；
Host’s home, along with its fittings and appliances, will be clean and in good working order. Exchange Partner will not remove any items from Host’s home without Host’s written consent and will not permanently rearrange any furniture or other tems.

电器Appliances：主人会留下手册或说明书。
Host will leave manuals or instructions for the use of all appliances.

|
存储Storage：主人会留下足够放东西的壁橱和抽屉
Host will provide adequate storage in closets and drawers for Exchange Partner’s belongings.

|
安全Security：主人保证房屋是安全的，屋内所有的财物都是合法的，家里有安全警报。
Exchange Partner will ensure the property is fully secured when it is not occupied, including setting any security alarms.
|
|
损坏Damage：客人损坏东西要赔偿
Exchange Partner is responsible for any costs to the home, its fittings, appliancesand contents resulting from neglect, misuse or accident.
|
|
|
7、协议的取消Cancellation of the Exchange.
|
|
一旦该文件签署，只能在迫不得已的情况下才能取消，如，严重的疾病或伤害，死亡或自然灾难等。如主人强制取消协议，那么主人应提供合适的替代方案。
Once this document has been signed, cancelling or changing dates will only be doneunder compelling circumstances, such as serious illness or injury, death or naturaldisaster. Exchange Partner has made plans and reservations based on Host’scommitment, so if Host is forced to cancel or change the exchange, Host will makeevery effort to accommodate or find accommodations for Exchange Partner.

|
房主保证房间无安全隐患，专利查询房间可正常使用；如有提供交通工具，保证交通工具没有安全隐患。除此以外，主人对客人不承担安全责任。
Owners guarantee room no potential safety hazard, the room can be normal use;If the owner provide transportation, should ensure that transport is safe.In addition, the owner does not assume responsibility for security to the guests.
在换住期间，客人保证不会将房间或交通工具转租转让给他人使用或引进朋友留宿或用作经商等，保证不在主人房间内发生违反双方国家（或地区）法律的行为。
A room or vehicle not be sublet transfer, can't let friends living in the home, the room can not be used for business,No violations occur in the room.
